Zip Supply is staffed by graduates Shannon Organ - Manager, Tiffany Mallow, and a complement of current Mission Messiah trainees. Jeff Russell serves as a volunteer and mentor.

Mission Messiah Board of Directors

Currently Mission Messiah operates as a project of Texas Arms of Love, Inc.  a 501(c)3 corporation.  Mission Messiah maintains its own Board of Directors which currently includes 17 members:

Board Member Bios

Jamie and Renda Berryhill – Founding Directors of Mission Messiah.  Married for over 30 years with 6 children, and 8 grandchildren, Jamie’s background includes retail, real estate, business consulting and ministry.  Founding member of Christian Youth Night at the Rodeo, board member of West Texas Men of Integrity.  Educational background:  University of Texas, Austin, BBA.  Renda’s background includes mother, home school teacher, former ECISD school board member.

Gene and Betty Isaacs and live in Midland, TX.  Betty was involved in the corporate world of business until led of the Lord to resign her position and give her time and talents full-time to the work of the Kingdom of God.  She was Director of a program for mothers of preschoolers called Super Mom for a short period of time and then worked in the Counseling Office of First Baptist Church.  In 1990 Betty left all lucrative employment and has volunteered her time in several directions.  For the past 20 years she has done lay counseling, discipling and teaching Bible studies.  Betty began ministering at Mission Messiah in 2000 as a lay counselor.  Gene served as an Administrator and teacher in the Midland Independent School System.  They were founding members of the Board of Directors of Mission Messiah.

Celia Harris holds the degrees of Associate in Applied Science, Bachelor's and Master's of Science in Nursing, and Doctor of Education.  Celia is licensed as a Registered Nurse.  Her work experience includes positions as a civil service secretary; registered nurse in surgery, medical-surgical nursing and coronary/intensive care nursing; and nurse educator.  Celia also served as an instructor in the Associate Degree Nursing Programs (R.N.) at Odessa College and Midland College and is the founding Director of the Midland College Associate Degree Nursing Program.  Celia has been a volunteer at Mission Messiah for approximately 10 years in the primary role of teacher of a weekly class at the Mission--Bible Walk:  Learning to Navigate Effectively Through the Bible.

Jeff and Amy Russell - Jeff and Amy are previous owners and founders of Onetravel.com, an $80 million online travel company; previous partners in Appraisals, Inc., a real estate appraisal firm located in Odessa; and current owners and managers of a family-owned real estate investment firm and a wholesale auto dealership.  Their backgrounds and education are in finance and accounting.  Amy currently teaches fourth grade at Dowling Elementary.  Both attend and teach classes in the Grandview Church of God, where Jeff also serves as a church elder.  Jeff volunteers full-time daily at Zip Supply as a business advisor and mentor.

Tammy Bennett is current Assistant Director of Mission Messiah (2004) and is a founding member of the Board of Directors.  Tammy previously worked as a Senior Purchasing Assistant for Shell Pipeline Corporation, where she won national awards in innovation in inventory control.  Tammy is active in the Emmaus community, is a Kay Arthur-certified Bible Study Teacher and has served as Drama Director of Mid-Cities Community church since 1993.  Tammy teaches a spiritual authority class titled “Undercover” at Mission Messiah.  Tammy's education is in Theater Arts (Eastern New Mexico University) with a speciality in stage design.
