Application Process

The primary qualification for residency is a sincere desire to change.  There is a $500.00 security deposit, refundable upon graduation, required of women who participate in the Mission Messiah program.

Each applicant must commit to complete our twelve-month, curriculum-based program with a heart willing to submit to and practice the principles that are incorporated in the program.

To make application please follow these steps:

1. Download and review the application form and the trainee handbook (links listed below).
2. Complete the application form and fax to 866-806-1128 (toll free).
3. Call 432-580-5222 anytime Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 5 pm central time to request an initial interview.  If you live outside the Odessa/Midland, Texas area, you may complete the required interview by telephone at this number.
4. Upon completion of the initial interview, two additional interviews with staff members are required before admission is granted.  These interviews may be conducted in person if you live in the Odessa/Midland, Texas area, or they may be conducted by phone.

In addition, once accepted you will be required to undergo mandatory blood screening tests before you arrive at the Mission.
